My nan had a fall on the morning of 16 March and was admitted to hospital after it was found she had broken her hip. She was visited on thursday evening by her family and appeared well.
On Friday 17th March myself, my mom and my auntie Sue were on the way to see my gran before her operation to wish her luck and be there for her when she came round. However about 10 minutes into setting off to the hospital we had a call to say she had already passed away. Some of her family were there and we got to say goodbye but not until after she had left us. She looked at peace and finally free from the pain she had been in for numerous years.
After a few days the coroner said she had died because pneumonia had set in.
R.I.P. Nan - you are missed greatly.

Joyce was a very respected mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend.
She enjoyed her bingo, and she could knit like no other. All ofher children, grandchildren and so on have worn her cardigans, gloves, bootees....she was a treasure in life and still is in death. She joins her husband Harry and sister Jean...also many of the family and friends who have gone before her

5 YEARS TODAY...
Today is a day i wish i could forget wipe out of the calender.. i wish heaven had phone lines and visting centres so we could see our angels again ..love you loads miss you each and every day ...lots of love always and for ever ... xxxxx
